anyone know where i can get jic coilovers rebuilt? preferably in southern california?

JIC doesn't do rebuilds on a lot of their older coilovers. if you are desperate about saving a set you could try a rebuilder like Feal Suspension or similar and see if they can whip some seals up to rebuild your coils.
