Trans build

I have a 5spd mt is300 and I want to build it for power. Does anyone know if they make aftermarket performance gears for the 5 spd is300.

better off swapping in a R154 or v160/1

Will the r154 trans bolt up or do I need a new bell housing and is there and mods needed for the r154 to fit
