IS300 shiftronic question

IS300 shiftronic question
Hey guys,my shiftronic (M) in my lexus wont work.
I just took the plastic cover off under my shifter lever and i have 3 connectors
1.Cigarette lighter
2. and 3. i have no clue what they are for,the 2nd connector was connected but i found the 3rd connector loose and not plugged to anything,would this be the connector for my shiftronic?
the white connector is what i have no clue what it is
