if you have a 2001 model and lost your master keys you are screwed. This year has an ECU that cannot be flashed. Meaning you will need a new ECU with master keys either from ebay or the dealer

Now if you have 02-05 is300 then you can buy a key off ebay for $75 and take it to an auto locksmith (not the dealer) and he can flash it for you OR make you a new one from the Valey key.

Hope this helps, ask away if you need more info

If its the Valet key you have (no buttons) dasn't open glove box or trunk. Than instead of getting new computer you buy a security system with remote start and door button. Problem solved and no more master key!

P.S. Take that Valet key to the locksmith and he can cut it easy to open glove box and trunk. I think with out even looking at the car
