Seat Comfort / Compatibility
I have a 95 LS400 but am not happy with the seats in it. I have been looking for something with more side bolsters and adjustments in the seat bottom. The IS300 looks to have the same color (Ivory) as my car does. How comfortable are the IS seats and does anyone know if they are compatible with a transplant to a LS400? I'm 6'5" and having trouble with hitting my head on the head liner and getting the seat front up far enough to give me leg support. Plus I have a tendency to lean to a side if I don't have bolsters and then my back hurts. Any tall people out there that fit comfortably in the IS seats? How do I know if a seat has the heating element in it? I would like to keep my power and seat heat if possible.
Thanks for the help.

I will help you the best I can. I am 6'1 and drove my IS300 cross country and the seat were comfortable the whole time. Also the side bolsters help for say 'backroad driving', and hold you in place with the side bolsters. I think I swap is possible and i think you will still have power, but not the heat element. IS300's come in two ways, with heated seats or without, and to convert one with out to one with heated seats is not really worth it.. Do some more research and good luck if you decided to do the swap!
