Well, have you done the major 90K service? If you have then only regular oil change is needed at 100K. If you haven't done your 90K then I highly suggest you get it done.

At 90k you are suppose to do the following (I believe):
Timing Belt-replace
Radiator Coolant-replace
Water pump-replace
Differential fluid - replace
Transmission fluid -replace
Spark plug - replace
Brake fluid - flush
Cabin air filter - change
Air filter - change
Oil + filter - replace

And for the harsh ride you are feeling maybe you need to replace your shocks.

Sway thanks so much, im a noob when it comes to maintenance.

Voleduy, yessss im really thinkin about it. I know the OEM shocks might even cost more than the coilovers so i might as well get that ( correct me if im wrong ).

If you are more into comfort than performance, you might want to pick up:
  • Used OEM shocks - I think I sold mine complete with OEM springs (~36k mi) for $100.
  • Performance springs with progressive spring rates + performance shocks are known to be more comfortable than coilovers.
  • If you want coilovers, Stance are pretty good, and reasonably priced. Get them from TH Motorsports. You can also ask for lower spring rates.

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you do your research first. Make sure you understand what trade-offs you may need to make based on a given setup. My first suspension upgrade was Apex ExV coilovers--I hated them from day 1.

No problem LEXX135! Happy to help.

I second rvalero on this.^

If your IS is just used for DD then just look for OEM or performance shocks. I heard that the Tokico Blues is a good fit for a comfort ride. If you are gunna get shocks you might as well get springs too. Eibach prokit springs is an excellent choice for DD. There are also many others. Good luck with everything.
