Short throw shifter

Anyone working on or have a kit for the IS? This tall shifter kinda makes me feel like I'm driving a VW Microbus.

PHP makes one, along with a few other guys. Do a search for it, and you'll find a few. I also believe there might still be a group buy going on for the PHP shifter.
