I own 2001 Lexus IS300 in Gray color 60k Mileage
located in New York/Long Island
and I was wondering..

1. How much would it cost to paint the this car in Black?
2. How much would getting nice sound(not loud) exhaust(alike g35)
and intake, trunk lip, tinting cost??

Is it worth doing it??

Any suggestion??
or
Any shop suggestions to get all these done whom lives in New York??

you might try asking in the NY regional section (NELOC probably your best bet) down at the bottom of the main forum page.

Those things are largely going to depend on a) quality of job and b) local shops.

A professional paint job is going to be at least $2500, tint ($200), spoiler ($200), sound system (amp, sub, new headunit.....keeping oem pioneer speakers) at least $500. Exhaust ranges, but probably around $450ish.

and for a nice smooth sound get the HKS Dragger II exhaust..thats what I have and it sounds very much like a g35..SRT intake is the best but new it will run you almost $500..the exhaust is somewhere around $375..

Would probably be much easier to trade it in for a black car. I would trade lol. 65k miles on mine.

The dark grey is GGP- Graphite grey pearl- This is the main reason I bought the car, hence the screen name, it is just so stunning, please don't paint it all black!!! That said a Black/GGP would be interesting... Good luck on your project!
