Best Year for the IS300?
What's the Best Year for the IS300...the 2002 version had better fuel economy and a shorter Turning Diameter than the other years and the 2001 what's lower on weight but too small inside, give me your opinion on what you think is the Best Year for the IS300.

Agreed, those years were more common to offer the full leather seats other than the hard to clean Al-Cantera.

[QUOTE=IS3_FTW;4210858]'05 didnt have LSD.
LSD is was not offered for the '05 with a manual transmission but could be ordered as an option for the E-shift/auto.

I was shocked back in the day when Lexus stopped offering the LSD on the manuals. LSD and Continental Extreme Contacts were the only thing getting me past 4 Chicago winters.

2001!!
My vote is for the '01 IS300. I believe the car rides a tad lower (less air gap in the wheel wells) the grille looks is a lighter gray and more like a mesh style grille and the floormats are personalized to the car with IS300 on them.
