My wife has a 2001 Lexus I S 300, I have installed a air intake but it seems like it needs more.. where is the best place to find a chip for more horsepower and I want to put a Top Gun Kit on it also.

your putting a Top Gun kit on your wifes IS300?

is this a "i bought my wife this car so i can race it and mod it" ?



Area 51 Black Box is an 'Air Fuel Computer', but as far as i know of, there are no "chips" for the IS 300.

There are no CHIPS so to speak for the IS300, what you will need to do is either get an intake with a Piggy back ECU (ie. SRT or Area 51) or install a Apexi SAFC and get it tuned....either of these mods will give you about 10-15rwhp...

 

first of all, who puts an intake in their wife's car? Second, who actually buys the top gun kit? Third... oh forget it.

 

will your wife let u add a nice exhaust to that car ?! =)
