largest tire width on is300 wheel

so hate to bring up a noob question... but I am trying to see if running a 235/50/17 is possible on a oem 01' is300 wheel.... if you are curious why so big... they are gonna be on a SC300

you should be fine. there might be a little side wall bulge from the extra width. but you should be fine.
