2001 armrest!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any information about an armrest for the 2001 IS 300. What are the options?

What happens is...when you drive. Your "right arm"; That the arm attached to the hand on the side of your body that you **** off with...
this "right arm" is placed on the so called "arm rest" where it is supported from below.
