Clear Bumper Lens Installation

I just got clear bumper lenses to install instead of those UGLY orange ones, but when I popped the hood to install them, I realized that there ain't NO FREAKIN SPACE for my hands to even get down to reach them!!! Does anyone know how to change these bumper lenses??? I'm figuring that I'll probably have to undo the headlamps, but will that affect the auto levelling system??

You can remove the plastic in the wheel wells. I believe you only have to remove 2 pop-in screws on each side. Then just bend the plastic back, and reach in there, and remove the bumper lights.

Thanks! Got them installed w/ hyper white bulbs. Looks nice! Does anyone know if their are any rear clear bumper lenses on sale anywhere????

try www.optionsauto.com for clear lenses or www.procarparts.com. you should find them there.

Just wondering, is it illegal to have hyperwhite turn signals in the back? I know the rear bumper lens is illegal to have whites.

I think white side bumper bulbs are illegal at least in cali. but i dun think the cops will pull you over cuz of dat. however, if you're speeding or smth, they might give you smth else besides the speeding ticket, and it's easier for them to catch you speeding w/ those eye catchers.
they look really nice tho.

ummm, I did it myself and I'm a girl so I'm sure you can figure it out.... pull the plastic behind the wheel weels by popping out the plastic pins... two screws and unfasten the light bulbs.. BE CAREFUL!!! Depending on the kind of clear sidemarkers you got, they may not have the screws on them so you have to take the screws from the orange ones and slide then into the clear markers- when I was sliding the screw in I broke the little piece of plastic that holds the screw in, yeah real smart.
