Replacing driver/passenger dome light

I need help replacing a light bulb for the dome light which is together with the sunroof controls. Does the whole assembly need to come out or just the lens?
I am fairly new to the car and wouldnt want to break anything

Just follow the directions in the DIY, thats how I got mine off, and if you have trouble, your local Lexus dealer will do it for you for free.
