Short Shifter Kit

Hey. I think the shifter on the is300 comes too long stock. I'm planning on making it shorter. maybe by half or more. Any suggestions?

there are several short shifters available: B&M (best i think), PLP and PHR. go with B&M if you want shorter throws, PLP for shorter stick but noisier
