They should fit fine. You just have to ditch the RX's stock tires as they're too big for the IS' wheelwells. 5x114.3" bolt pattern is the same, but it may be a little on the narrow side for the IS300...18x7" wheel.

I am not sure what the weight is of an RX330 rim, but it probably is more than my stock 26 lbs. RX300 rims. Not sure if putting on those rims might slow you down with the unsprung weight, if that is a consideration.
