Default Cost to repaint the hood?

I am getting a black 02 IS. And the only problem is the blemishes on the hood from bird ****. How much will it cost to have it repainted?

To reprimer and paint per Toyota/Lexus specs the local body shops in NC charge 300-500.

A friend or family in the business would probably drop the last zero

Good luck!

It will be 4-500 or possibly more, because both fenders have to be blended to match the new paint on the hood.

First check with a detailer. Probably there are other ways to remove the blemish besides repainting the entire hood.
