Japan US version body, same?

I will be travelling to Tokyo next week and I would like to ask anyone out there is the body of an IS300 is the same as of that of an Altezza? I'm primarily interested in obtaining a suspension kit (and then some). Pls. let me know fi they are the same. Thanks in advance for any reply
