the white is more visible. The blue is inherently darker by the fact it is at the other end of the color spectrum. as far as intensity, thats a different story. the two side gauges are set to shadow, so only to be seen at night, the larger gauge can be seen a little bit earlier than it can in the day with a stock cluster so, the ring around the speedo is brighter than stock, the side gauges are not (on purpose).
