2003 IS300 Throttle Body Replacement

Hello All, I need the wisdom from the grurus….my IS300 throttle body need to be replaced. Please that’s the easy part. The question I have is after replacement is the a certain sequence that I need to do to retrain the computer?

please help!

For the 2001 to 2005. No programing is needed. You may need to readjust the TPS for idle. But that is it.
