Hi Guys, I just purchased a Lexus is 300 and it has this box that has been disconnected. I’m trying to figure out what it is? Any advice

 

That is the resistor module for the high beam daytime running light. The previous owner unplugged it to disable it so that the front lights did not illuminate during the day. So, you can simply plug it back in to restore the function.
