Ugly Sound coming from engine while idling or low speed

I have replaced the 6 injectors with refurbished parts purchased online. At first start the noise was still there but misfires on diffrent cilinders. After a drive and letting the car cool down completly no noise was heard. I think replacing the injectors solved my problem
