Anyone out there lucky enough to score an NX 350h with the luxury package? I’ve been on the list at a few dealers in the DMV area since January. The concern I’m having is I never see the luxury vehicles being allocated to dealerships in the Northeast. However, just about every dealership I looked up in the south (NC, SC, GA, KY, TN, FL, and TX) had one or more in their inventory. Does anyone know why they’re not being allocated in the Northern states?

I have the luxury package 350h (white exterior and red interior). I honestly lucked out. My local dealership in Mississippi had several deposits on the NX hybrid but not in that color scheme. My vehicle was not a dealership order. Lexus sent them the vehicle with all the options (besides heated back seats). You’re probably having issues finding one because of where Lexus is allowing them to be purchased. They have limited quantity for various areas from what I was told. For example: my dealership has only received one 450h+. The salesman went to Atlanta to preview the vehicle last year, they were told that the south would have limited supply and weren’t expected to have any until months after release.
Demand in the DMV may be high enough for the Premium that Lexus just doesn't see the point. We really, really wanted the luxury package because it seemed like it was the only way to get the HUD, but ended up going with a Redline Premium (that is still in port).
Kind of surprising though, given how quickly the 450h+ that was in Towson went.
