Default Street parking for Rx400H

Hi folks,

I have a 2007 Lexus RX400H and have been garaging it since I purchased it 5 years ago. It's been in perfect condition inside and outside. I need to move to a new place now and there will be no garage option but street parking. I'm wondering if there is anything I should watch out for because of the street parking, in terms of the heat/cold temperature and humidity for a Hybrid model. I read some posts saying that the battery could be damaged due to water ingress if parked outside and the moisture is built overnight. Besides, I tend to get low tire warning and depleted / low battery (the regular starting battery not the Hybrid one) sometimes if parked outside in a cold weather.

In addition, is there anything I should be concerned for accelerated leather aging or cracked dashboard if parked outside? (it seems that the dashboard of some year's model would crack easily if weathered)

Note: the temperature normally ranges from 45 to 90 degrees depending on the season.

Thanks!

Check roof racks for possible water leakage.

Thanks... for water leakage from the roof into the interior? Does this have anything to do with the battery since it's underneath?

No. The battery is under the rear seat.
