Hi, when I start the vehicle it makes a single beep. I see POV videos of the 350 and 450h+ and they have the nice 3x chime when it starts.

Anyone know if this can be enabled or is it country or model specific?

Do you already have your seatbelt fastened when turning on ignition?

 

Seat belt not fastened. Both fastened or unfastened no chime.

 

Hmm. I notice mine makes a single beep if I start it with seatbelt already fastened. Otherwise, I hear the usual chime and it actually will start again if I remove the seatbelt while in drive.

 

350, three chimes if start with seat belt off...No chimes if I buckle up before starting.
