MPG drop after battery replaced

2016 ESh, recently replaced 12v battery…have noticed a 4-5 mpg decrease on couple of fillups... Is there any possible reason for this?

Did you use an oem battery? Those that are not are known to really put a ding in the mpg for hybrid models.

12v is only used for startup of the ECUs. Has nothing to do with mpg once the car is on.
