Does anyone know where I can find a DYI hybrid fan and filter cleaning for a 2008 RX400h?

RX 400h and RX 450h did not get hybrid battery cooling filters until the 2016 model year.

The dealer wants to charge me to clean the Hybrid system and I want to perform this service. Is it just cleaning out the vents?

Cleaning the vents and fan blades is a worth project, watch the invoice for the (nonexistent) filter part number...
