Default Do I need an oil change?

2010 Rx 450h. 84k miles.

With COVID-19 I'm hardly driving with no commute. Last oil change was using synthetic oil in December at 83k miles. Only driven about 1k miles since. Seeing 10-20 miles per week and no commute. The car is kept indoors in my garage. Do I get a standard 6-month oil change now, or wait until my next planned service and inspection in November?

Not planning to do more than 2-3k more driving until November. Thanks for your input.

Recommended Service is based on miles and time. Personally I adhere to miles.

Keep in mind the engine (really the whole vehicle) needs to be operated at optimum operating conditions for 30-45 minutes. [not just engine idling]. Less than that, may cause undesirable outcome.

If you intend to store [no longer make short trips] then change the oil and leave it parked with battery tender. For very long storage, you may like to put the vehicle on jack stands [lift the wheels].

oh I forgot that we are in hybrid thread. for hybrid, the vehicle must be driven once a week.

12 months/10000 miles.

6 months is a waste. Can stretch to 18 months if low miles.

Now that we're in summer if I were in your shoes I'd be happy to stretch it to the end of the year. Short infrequent trips in winter are worse, so maybe wait until Dec again.
