Yes, I called another shop and received a $550 labor rate. They will allow me to purchase the kit myself. I see a manufacturer named Aisin calls their water pumps "OEM". Is that the original pump in this car?

They can get away with these prices since it's a difficult DIY job to do it right- shouldn't say difficult maybe attention to detail is better- just like the LCA bushings they are gouging big $$$ for.
Got my Aisin kit on ebay from a trusted seller but be plz warned people are saying fake Aisin kits are everywhere now.

Hybrid is an extra part... engine is the same as for RX330... IMHO any ASE certified shop can do this...

Still Gravy$$$ at $550 plus parts but hopefully doing cam & crank seals for that price.

Well, I'm at $550 right now. And if I buy this $179 timing belt kit that includes the following, then I'm at $729. Thank you!
- 1 x AISIN WATER PUMP
- 1 x AISIN WATER PUMP GASKET
- 1 x MITSUBOSHI TIMING BELT
- 1 X GENUINE / NTN TENSIONER ADJUSTER
- 1 x KOYO IDLER BEARING
- 1 x KOYO TENSIONER BEARING
- 2 x THO JAPANESE CAMSHAFT SEAL
- 1 x THO FRONT CRANK SEAL
