Hi! I recently purchased my 2019 Lexus 300h in May and I absolutely love it! However, I have had many people complain that they cannot hear me or I’m cutting out when I am speaking with them on Bluetooth. Seems like it mainly happens when I’m speaking with somebody that is also on Bluetooth. My son has a Lexus car and his is crystal clear. Seems like I should definitely be Crystal clear being a brand new Lexus! Anyone else having this problem and know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

 

I suggest taking it to the dealership and let them fix/configure it for you.
