Sun roof opened for ventilation while vehicle is not running for sometime is causing many warning display like "Hybrid Battery Check", etc. But drive and run has no problem with warning lights ON.

Stop engine and pull -VE battery to reset. After this all signals gone and back to normal. Anyone had experienced this?

your 12v battery may be aging. I would get it tested if possible. Most hybrid battery/vsc warnings are actually a result of a soon to be failing 12v battery, not the hybrid/vsc systems themselves.
