New RX400h owner. I seen conflicting information in posts about changing out the 12V Battery. For those that have done this themselves, Can you just swap out the battery without generating dash lights or requiring a techstream for some sort of reset?

You can swap out the battery like any other car. Like most other cars, the computers will be reset when power is removed from them. No problem there.

 

Same experience here, techstream not needed. Only needed to "reset my windows and moon roof" by opening and closing it.
