Trans fluid
taking over my wifes 2010 rx 450h with 199k miles(she just got a 2016 350). She was rough on it but I am hoping to get caught up on mtce. Tranny fluid has never been changed. Should I do it or leave it alone? I also need to change an 02 sensor getting a p0031 error. i want to get to 350k miles

This question has been debated a lot, suggest you look through these threads, lots of opinions. The right answer ranges anywhere from never to every Tuesday that follows a full moon within 3 days... Actual Lexus maintenance manuals are vague, and vary by country and revision.
