Its a 2007 , the plugs were bought at local parts store they are factory replacement nippo denso, what battery reset are you referring too? I know after I just replaced the battery under hood with green grodies on terminals causing other problems like TPM and other they have gone away

Ours did that when it had a partially bad coil. I did not get a check engine light or codes but I was able to see misfires on Cyl 5 using ebay Techstream.

Please, don't "just disconnect" 12V. If you really want to reset something, pull its fuse. Fuse names are on the fuse box, just keep in mind, it's mirror image.
Can you be more descriptive on what exactly do you mean by hesitation? Feels like is not really a good gauge. Sometimes bad gas batch can do this. Try to be as specific as you possibly can AND check your air filter.
