those codes are very unique and gimme a bit of challenge to fight with ECU.
1.
I was checking voltage on battery cells and looks like all of them are 16V very good
2.
I was checking Fan on the hybrid battery just to make sure its working. When I was trying to start car fan was going on,and petrol engine was not starting at all.
3.
I was checking aux.battery voltage ,just to be on safe side and it was reading about 12.9v on freeze frame was shoving 13.00v ....very good.
4.
The code P0A09 DC/DC CONVERTOR STATUS CIRCUIT LOW INPUT, battery state of charge was 58.5 %, trowel position was 18.4% intake air temperature was 91F, ambient temperature was 79F.
So after doing some research on internet I didn't find anything to help me to solve this problem.,Dealer suggesting to change all harness and that is about $3,000.00 ...NO WAY.....
Finally I have decided to kill all codes from history and perform CLEAR CODE OPTION>
when was done I have started car like nothing happened before.
In the conclusion Communication was lost between converter and hybrid battery pack señor I guess and all went in some limp mode .After reset ECU was purged and get all peripherals on side and there you go car is running again.
JUST CLEAR CODE AND THAT IS IT ,BUT note this YOU CAN'T CLEAR CODEs WITH REGULAR OBD-2 CODE READER HAS TO BE TECHSTREAM (in my case I was using version 12.10.019.

I'm glad you kept the users up to date. I will send this thread right over to the Hybrid subforum. I'm sure other users, if they ever fall into this mishap, can find some guidance in this thread.
Thanks and good job on the follow-up!
