beeps when AUTO Button is pushed (RX400H)

beeps when AUTO Button is pushed (RX400H)
Hi all
every time I pushed Auto button to start heating then long beep followed by single beep is heard. Then heating settings can be changed no problem. No warning light is on the screen. Car is RX400H 2008. How can I get rid of this annoying beep.
what could cause this beep when Auto button is pressed?
P.S.
Previous owner said he changed condenser rad and topped up it. Also battery was flat when I first see the car before buy. Jump started. Until aux and traction battery get sufficient charge some warning lights (check hybrid system, check AWD, check VDS) show up on the dashboard and after long motorway drive they dont appear again.
