Default 2010 RX450h P3190

Last week driving home I lost power in my RX when passing someone on the interstate. It was about 3 hours into my trip mainly highway I was doing 75mph, I went to accelerate(mashing the pedal) as the car went to the top of the "power" portion of the gauge, the ICE didn't start (I couldn't feel or hear it) and the car bogged down and lights started to appear! "Check Hybrid System" as well as the CEL. I was able to pull over safely as the check power steering light came on as well as check brake system! I was glad my wife was in the passenger seat and not driving! I restarted the the car, went to go merge back on the freeway, did good until I needed a little acceleration. Dead again. For some reason I couldn't fully gas it or it would die. I slowly made it back up to speed to make it home. I used my code reader to scan for codes and got a P3190 "poor engine performace". I erased the code. I have searched but really didn't find much with just this code only!
I did check the oil level in which I found to be 3/4 to 1 quart higher than it should. I bring this vehicle to the toyota dealer for its oil changes. I had them drain out the extra. Somewhere someone had this issue and they claimed that to much oil did it, and it ended being pulled into the intake as they went to their dealer and this is what they claimed caused it. Could to much oil really be an issue to this? It has been a week so far. I am trying to make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is exactly what happened with my Lexus. Currently in the shop and being told that I am needing to replace my fuel pump. With the fuel pump recall on millions of Toyota’s and Lexus’s I found this very inter. Fuel pump in my Lexus IS the same as the one being recalled yet 2010 r 450h not on recall list. Wonder how many of these repairs were done without telling customers. Company with the fuel pump has known since 2016 about this and the recall didn’t come out until 2019.
