2010 RX450H Headlamp

I just picked up a 2010 RX450H yesterday and loving it so far. I was wondering if someone can shed some light on this topic... headlamp.
-Seems like the headlight is more towards the center. What's the lightbulb next to it for? I thought it's highbeam and I tried it and it wasn't it.
-I've seen another post regarding different headlamp for the 450. I was wondering if that's true or not. I like the other options this member posted.
-Will any other headlamp fit into the 2010 or the one I got is it?
Going to try to post a picture of mine but I'm sure you guys already know what mine looks like. Thanks in advance.

gbin413, there's three different types of headlights - halogen, HID or LED. Explanation of each is in the DIY section of the owners manual beginning on page 536.
