Hi all, just had a transmission oil change by lexus dealer, first week was smooth as, after that its bumpy again, feels like whenever the cvt changes gear a little jerk is felt in the car, not sure why this is happening, any clues?

 

ive been trying to get a transmission service for over a year
lexus wont touch it and they charge over $1200 to do it.

my gear bumps on down shift towards lights.
its not a clunk cause there are no gears to clunk, it just bumps never did that before

 

same here my lexus dealer shows a strange reluctance to fix it, even recommend me else where, usually they can't wait charge $$$
