What does the little "E" mean that shows up in the History bar charts of the Enform Lexus Trip report

In the model year 2010-2012, E means regenerated energy. Each full "E" equals 50 Wh. In my manual, it's in the hybrid system section.

 

The "E" indicates each time there is 50Wh (Watt Hours) of regenerated energy within the time period of that vertical bar. More "E"s indicate you regenerated more energy during that time, e.g. braking, going down hills, etc.

Unsure what MY your RX450h is and if you have Nav or not, to give you more specific page references, but for my 2013 RX450h with Nav, one place with the description is in the Hybrid Quick Guide on p14, as well as another couple places in the bigger Owner's Manual -- look for the Hybrid-specific sections or do a search on the Lexus Drivers Owners Manual Site to pinpoint your info.
