thinking of exchanging RX'h with Highlander
I am thinking of trading in my RX for a highlander hybrid limited.
did anyone think this or actually did it?
Pro's / con's lets share.

It certainly is a viable alternative. The highlander is less expensive and has more "U" in the SUV, but the RX has more "S", therefore by extension the driver is more "cool"

I disagree with the S factor as there is nothing Sport about the RX.
The Handling is very poor compared to the Highlander, but it may have more HP.
2 years ago I bought the RX because it was cheaper that the HL, but now the price has become a bit more "normal" assuming it is due to the competition in Hybrid community.
All said the demand for a used 2013 HL Hy is amazing, as I cannot find a single one listed at any of the $tealers in the bay area.

i don't consider the 3rd seat as a normal seat, as it can only accommodate small children at best, but it is good to have so that you can fit in a group of people for a short trip or bar hoping.
Features wise the HL Hy limited is equally equipped as a RX if not better.
Secondly, the handling on the HL is much better than the RX as their chassis is different.

Sounds like your mind is already made up.
Agree with Vlad, unless you want a third seat, I don't see the point.
Handling is going to be subjective according to your driving capabilities. Nothing sport about either vehicle nor is there going to be any major difference in how they handle. If you feel it handles better in order to justify the switch, then by all means, go for it.
As stated, it is a viable alternative. But one that owners here have not made.
