I am thinking of purchasing a CPO 2010 RX 450h FWD

MSRP when new was $51,298
I talked them down to $33,200 and they are not willing to go any lower.
Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?
Heated and ventilated seats
12 speaker premium audio
Bi-xenon HID headlights
Navigation
Lexus Enform
Intuitive park assist
Premium package
Wood & leather steering wheel and shift ****
Cargo mat
Wheel locks
Chrome 19" wheels

That sounds like a good deal to me. If you like the car, just take it for a careful test drive. My 450h has been flawless in terms of repairs. If it was me, I would check the tires on the car; good tires really make a big difference on this car. Plus, I would make sure there were no annoying rattles or noises in the car.

Thank you UCSB, I am going to take it out for a longer test drive to make sure of the rattles. I had a rattle in a couple Prius that could not be fixed and drove me crazy. 2 new tires were put on and 1 was replaced last year because of a nail. I'll check the depth of the tire that is original. I know they have Michelin tires on there.
There is one that has less options with AWD that is priced similarly. Just a bit more, haven't worked on that dealer yet. AWD would be great to have in PNW. I had a SUV with FWD in Chicago and could get around just fine. I hear with the weight of the battery in the rear keeps the RX pretty planted. It's not like we get a lot of snow here in the PNW.

Went to look at it and what a waste of time. I specifically asked if it had been in an accident or paint/body work done and he said no. I went to take a look and could tell the rear bumper had been painted and the rear right door was too. He asked if I was a professional car appraiser and how I would know. He finally asked his manager and said that in fact they were painted. He said a CPO can have up to 3 panels to be painted and still be CPO. I am not sure if that is true. But, if the price is too good to be true, it probably is.

Only 19,000 miles? it's defintely a good deal.
If this is CPO, and the paint is flawless, it will be ok.
BTW, since mine is AWD, it is only an electric motor at rear end, I don't see how much AWD will help at all, it may only help to sell this car.

Go to the fuel consumption screen and you'll get a good idea when it is on and when not.
On the bright side, it is not a mechanical connection, so no clutches or drive shaft to deal with.

There were other scratches and nicks in the body. I passed on it since I could tell some panels were repainted. The price was good, but not what I wanted to get into after the sales person left a bad taste in my mouth. On to looking for another one. I really would prefer something with AWD in the PNW. Reselling it makes a difference with AWD up here.

It seems to me that the price you talked them down to was either an amazing deal or else the car was an ingredient for lemonade. I bought my certified '10 rx hybrid with under 15,000 miles on it in November for just under $41,000. That was their asking price, which was already substantially below KBB retail. Plus it was the same price or way less than other dealers in the greater SF Bay Area were asking for 2010 models with many more miles on them. And there wasn't another car like it within 100 miles. I'm very happy with my rx 450h. I love the comfort and having power when I need it plus the good all-around gas mileage.
