RX 450h engine start car vibration

RX 450h engine start car vibration
We have been experiencing car shake/vibration when gas engine start and shut while car complete stop.
Here is complete detail:
1. Push the button to start the car. The green ready light turn on. Gas engine still off, very quiet.
2. Shift from P to R.
3. Release brake and car start moving and then suddenly gas engine start and I can feel car shock during the gas engine start.
It makes me feel like I hit something. It scared me a few times.
It only happens while slow speed and gas engine start/shut off. Is this normal?

With the little bit of information your provided it's hard to form a good opinion on what's happening. But maybe you should take it to a dealer with your observation.

well right when the engine starts, its going to be a bit more noticeable because the engine is cold. In fact, for the next few blocks of driving as the engine turns on and off, it is a bit rough to me. However, things get better after a few miles
