Is there any easy way to tell if your Hybrid battery has been replaced?
I just bought an 07 GS450h and I looked up the service history online and this line item is there:
R & R HV BATTERY, AJUST HVAC & REFLASH HV ECU
But immediately after it is:
CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT WORK DONE
So how can I tell if the battery has been replaced?

If you go to a dealer and have them print off 10 pages** of "Freeze Frame Data" it will show each individual battery cell voltage. In order to do this, you might have to have them yank the connector from a sensor in order to force a CEL.
You can then look at each cell voltage, and if they are all very close, chances are the pack is newish. If there's a wider range of voltages, it could be older. This is, of course, not a perfect way to tell and is only a guideline. I'd have to go digging for my pages of Freeze Frame data, but it might also have an "estimated life" parameter, too, that the computer uses to determine the overall health of the pack.
Based on your service history above, I would assume that the pack hasn't been replaced and going to the dealer may reveal the proper work orders which will show (or not) whether the part was actually ordered. Similarly, I've called into corporate to verify repairs and recalls, they'll ask for your VIN and should be able to tell you everything about your car.
**10 pages is only a rough number; the last time I had it done, there were many pages

What number buyer are you? 2nd or 3rd. Is it certified? Did you get an extended warranty.
How many miles were on it when it was recommended the battery be changed.
I saw my cars battery cell data (never knew it was called Freeze Frame Data)... Now drive a different car.
