I am considering buying a 2010 RX 450h. Since there is no individual radio display screen, I assume when the XM radio is on, the info (song & artist) is displayed on the main NAV screen. Is this radio info displayed while other functions like NAV, climate control, etc. are being shown? For example, will the song and artist continue to be shown while NAV is being used? Thanks.

 

Your assumption is correct, when in the radio display you can have it display several stations or the one your listening to with song & artist info. No to the other question, only once screen at a time. Now the 2013 has changed some and I'm not sure about that one. But you have a 2010 same as mine so... Answer is correct.

 

While in the NAV screen, changes you make to Audio (mode, volume, channel, etc.) will briefly show at the top of the screen, but that's it. It would be nice if you could make the artist/song info show up at the top as well, but it is easy to quickly "peek" if you want to see. While in the NAV screen and you want to see the Audio Screen, you just press the "Menu" button in front of the Remote Touch joystick. Then click the on-screen Audio button with the Remote Touch. To get back to NAV, press the "Map" button beside the menu button. Quite easy.
