I just came bamk from a trip from Chicago to Lexington. I avg about 65to75 mph and avg 22.9mpg does this sound right. I really thought I would get better mpg thanks jimbo
Yep that sounds about normal unfortunately... Mine gets about the same on long trips, but in daily commute it really shines. I learned if i want to save a little on gas - don't drive more than 60
I get 26-27 MPG if I keep it around 75 mph. Get close to 80 and it drops to around 25 MPG. I averaged 26.5 on a trip from FL to SC last week. My tires are at 38 PSI. If I drop that to 33 I loose 1 MPG.
