AC leak?

Default AC leak?
Just a quick question, does condensation ever build up due to the AC and cause dripping beneath the car? I was looking at an 06 RX400h today and saw that, the owner said the AC was the cause. Lexus did Quality Vehicle Inspection and everything came back as 'checked and okay'. Although this is not a prepurchase inspection. Any thoughts?

It's normal to have water dripping from below when using A/C.
