For those of you with a HUD, how have you configured the options? My husband has one in his Chevy and keeps it with just speed and lateral G.

I'm not even sure of what is avail in this vehicle.

Candy, there's basically only two ways to configure HUD - move it up/down the windshield or turn it off. Your speed displays only. When you have nav on, the direction arrows will pop up. And I know the track number shows up when I change a song with the iPod plugged into the USB port. IIRC, pressing the HUD button twice changes it from MPH to KM.
