Default New Rx400H owner - "Check Engine"

I was initial shooping for a GS AWD but end up getting a RX400h after advised by family and friend to get a SUV. The car drive & fun great....and here come the first issue!!

Just purchase an 06 400H with 80K mile about for two week. However, The check engine light turn on today. The shop check and it return code P1420.
The car still drive flawlessly. I don't feel any issue with the car, no smoke, no fishy smell or etc.

The tech states the machine reads: SCV Control Circuit Malfunction. The shop was not able to tell what that is. but it reset the car and the light went away. I'm planning to bring it in to dealer to diagnosis the problem if the light comes back again. Anyone here got this problem before?

I Google and find few possible cause of the problem. the code P1420 might be:

1. P1420 - Intake Constrictor CTRL Circuit Open or Short
2. P1420 - SCV Control Circuit Malfunction
