Default Changing my driving habits

Just bought a Certified used 2008 400H a few weeks ago and so far love it. But, I see my driving habits are changing. No longer the first guy off the light, not that the car can't move, but I'm actually driving like my dad used to, now that is scary. Even my wife has noticed the 'new' me and the light foot I'm using now. When does this having to try for the best mileage change and I can go back to having fun driving?

I'm sure I'll go back to having fun with it, as the Jeep Liberty I traded in was maybe city 18, highway 22, so this is a lot better. I also like the power this one has over that Jeep.
